My Goals:
some of my goals are;
Lose10lbs by May 30th
Lose 10 lbs by June 30
Lose 5-10 lbs by July 30
fit into a size 10 or smaller
have a better self esteem


My Program:
My program consists of watching what I eat and tracking everything everyday.
Do at least some sort of exercise each day.
Go out for a walk at least 1x per day as long as it is not raining. And most importantly Pray everyday for the guidance and strength I need to make it through each day.

Hi there from Augusta. I was told I would not lose weight. I have always been over weight. My Dr. Sent me to Mary Hitchcock Clinic in Dartmouth NH. Their Dr. said I was a healthy woman and you do not over eat so learn to live with your body. I told him , I love my body but please in your report tell my Dr. to get off my back HE DID.
A few years later I as diagnosed DIABETIC type 2 .
I found the Spark Book and our son gave me an old dell desk top.


Fast forward !--- I was in McDonald's on Western Ave and my old Dr. stood next to me. He looked BLANK I said hello DR. how are you.?
I am English and he recognized my voice. He was really shocked he said Pat you are 'skinny', are you well. I said yes I have been on spark for four years and I love it. He wanted to know all about t emoticon emoticon he program.
That was my Dr. of 25 years I miss him , since him I have had five Drs in less than 5 years.
You can do whatever you need to do on Spark. WELCOME Pat in Augusta.
