Can't is another word that means to surrender

I hear it all the time, I can't do that. This is a bunch of bull, its just means that you don't care about yourself, and you rather surrender then fight the good fight. Don't surrender, put on your armor and grab your weapon against our common health enemy. I have faith in you! So do it! Contact me if you need encouragement or motivation.

I was so sorry to read of the loss of your companions, Scott. That's really tough, I know. Your home must feel pretty empty without them.

Thank you for sharing your spirit and insights on SP. Congratulations on your 1/2 marathon; I'm sure there will be more such accomplishments in your future.

I completed my first half marathon in about two (2) hours and 45 minutes. I did better then I thought I would prior to the run.
