My Goals:
Goal 1 - Shed 25 pounds by June 6!

My Program:
The only way that I am gong to reach my goals is to make some major changes with my eating. Exercise is no problem for me - I can run 3 miles, I can spin, do extensive weight training but my eating habits are killing me. Therefore, I hope Sparkpeople will keep me focus. My major goal is to quit eating after 8 and like a pig on the weekend! Much prayer - much power!

Personal Information:
I am a 44 trying to look extremely fabulous by the time I am 45. The struggle has been long but the effort has paid off in so many ways. Someone said that I would love my 40s and they are RIGHT! Except for the tragedies I have experienced in the last 4 years, I can still truly stand up and claim that God is wonderful! Instead of waiting until I am 50 to have a big celebration - I am having one at 45!
