My Goals:
I want to live a healthy, active life by making good food choices and working out 0n a regular basis. Life is short--we can treat ourselves well in the hopes to be able to enjoy our time here, or we can make poor choices that lead to poor health and live our days out in misery, sickness and pain. I am choosing to do all I can to be healthy and well! I hope you will too!

My Program:
I call it my 'Victory Prescription'. For the most part, I am eating fresh fruits and veggies along with lean meats and healthy grains. This time around, I am allowing everything--nothing is off-limits. This is not a diet, but a way to live healthy for a lifetime. I share my Spark food and fitness logs to ask my Spark friends to keep me accountable.

I'm on the Champions in the Kitchen team on the Fall 5% Challenge. Enjoy the challenge . . . the more you put into it, the more you'll get out of it. It's really helped me be accountable. I hope it'll help you, too. And, of course, I'm routing for you, too! WE can do this!

Nice to hear from you, Sharon. I'm part of the Fall 5% Challenge, too. We're probably not on the same team, but we can still route for each other & spark each other on!!! I don't see it listed on your teams yet, on your sparkpage. What team on your on? If you need any help, let me know . . . this is my second challenge, so I kinda know the ropes.
