My husband of 22 years has just recently moved out. I have 4 daughters. My youngest is 21 years and in her last year of college.

My initial goal is to lose about 20 lbs before June 5th, but eventually I would like to lose a total of 120 lbs.

My Goals:
My goals include lowering my blood pressure and getting off of the medication; keeping up with my grandkids (4 boys and 1 girl); and looking on the outside the way I feel on the inside - young and sexy! :)

My Program:
Update Feb. 25: increase water (doing good on this) and walking( not so good on walking. "Baby, it's COLD outside!")
yogurt for breakfast (almost every day. Also, a banana most days. I've also started high fiber cereals a couple times a week)
snacking on cheerios (or cheese sticks, or fiber bars)
eat small amounts about 5 to 6 times a day (This is working really well. I am eating ALL day, it seems but still losing!)
eat normally on weekends (actually I keep forgetting to eat on weekends. :)

Personal Information:
My "hourglass" is beginning to show again!!

Woo-Hoo!!!

I bought a pair of skinny heels this past weekend. The first in years and I am actually able to wear them without pain!

Other Information:
My motivational statement is something I "borrowed" frome either Curves or WeightWatchers and paraphrased:

Nothing tastes as good as being thin and SEXY feels!
