It is time now to get rid of this excess

My goals are to work out 5 days a wk. I need to loose prob. 200lbs it is a lot but I am highly motivated this time and so far I has been at the gym for 3 weeks (4 times a wk) and want to keep going for at least a year.

I am new at this so I don't know what else to write so I will stop right here :)
