A little about me....
I am a master gardener, I live at a small lake and love all the warm weather activities that allows me, and my dog is an excellent walking motivator.
I have been with SP for a while now and have reached my origonal goal but would like to drop another 15 lbs though I am not pushing myself to hard to do so. I continue to track my food and activities to keep myself accountable for what I do, and to prevent myself from regaining what I have lost.

Yowser! Must be a higher ticket than the one I'm working on. I need to find potting tables for the SpEd greenhouse. Inexpensive. I've never been cheap, but I can go for inexpensive!

Thanks so much for your advice on my blog! I've been told many times that I have some SAD issues - I just do my best to get outside and stay physically active! I do take a calcium supplement with vitamin D, but I don't know how much of my daily allowance it has...I'll have to look into that!

I hadn't thought about a stationary bike, but I think that's probably something I can manage! Right now, it's bending and twisting the ankle that are the most painful, so I think the motion would be pretty easy to handle. Thanks for the suggestion!

I didn't even think about it helping me sleep. I really want more flexibility and not to moan and groan when I stand up! Building your strength back at your yoga classes?
