Hi!
My name is Shari Reid. I am a 60 year old wife, mom, grandma, etc. I have 3 grown children, Ian, Jason, and Crystal, as well as 4 adorable grandchildren. My Goals:
Obviously the first would be to lose this weight. Going along with that would to be able to feel good about myself again. I can be so disciplined in many areas of my life, but this is one area I stuggle with continually.
My Program:
This is one of the areas I've not mastered. Hopefully I will be able to come up with a program I can stick to and that will work for me.
