I have been overweight since childhood. At this point in my life I am morbidly obese. My first grandchild was just born and I realized how badly I want to be healthy and be around to be a great-grandmother.

Sure, I have a number in my head that sounds like a good goal, but really what I want is to have healthy eating habits and get moving and make it a lifestyle change.

Personal Information:
I'm from Papillion, NE I have three marvelous children, 5 if you count my daughter-in-law and son-in-law...and I sure do! I have one grandchild that is the best thing in the world!

Other Information:
I love to read. I love chick flicks, but I also like a good action movie. I hope one day included in this list is "I love to run".
My favorite thing of all is cuddling with my granddaughter.
