Thanks for your imput.... Ok... Im not on a diet... Im starting a life change! I do very well at home my weakness is I like to eat out... and love chocolate.. And excercing can be done later.... I know this is wrong I need to change my eating out go with salads and veggies..Stay away from fries.... And limit my chocolate.... and need the will power to make a life change!!!
Hi and welcome! Let me say "diet" may be your problem with giving up. Try instead of a "diet" a life change! Meaning you eat and cook healthy, a way that you can live the rest of your life rather then a few months on a diet and then going back to old habits. For me it's all about portion control, I eat whatever I want but a reasonable amount of it in moderation and cooked in a healthier way (check the recipes for some of your favorite things done healty). I also eat 5 meals a day and excercise a lot BUT your biggest thing is portion control and join some teams so you don't get bored and/or feel lonely. Also remember YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!
