My Goals:
Being a stronger me, to be myself accepting myself for who I am 100% of the time :)
Not a weak version of me. To remember that my health is more important than all the sensations food can bring to remember that they are short lived and a way of manipulation of avoiding what I feel.

My Program:
I have several beachbody workout dvd's I mix and match, since I can't seem to get control over my eating habits working out its the only option I have to control my weight.
At this time I'm about to finish P90X

Personal Information:
I'm from Costa Rica where being active was easier, people seem to be more outdoorsy back home... here I find that everything and everywhere you go you are continually manipulated by food in order to feel comfort.

Other Information:
This is a lonely road, I have been called obsessed and looked at as a weirdo when I try and mocked when I fail but this is my journey, my only body I'm tired of being sick I must overcome this addiction, funny quitting smoking was easier than controlling my binging...
