I'm 5'2, 23 years old and made a huge lifestyle makeover about 3 years ago - I cut out beer, started exercising, and drastically decreased what I was eating. I definitely took it to extremes, so that when I went back to being a somewhat "normal" eater/exerciser, I noticed weight gain, especially after I graduated last May and ate and drank as much as I wanted. Now, I've been back on track with a regular fitness routine and have just recently started making wiser and healthier food decisions in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle without starvation! SP has been great at giving me new ideas and things to try, so here's hoping I'll lose those last few pounds and get more toned - but not bulky!!

My BF and I are going to the Bahamas next weekend (Feb 16-20). Wish I had found out about SP more than 2 weeks before the vaca, but I'm already starting to feel a difference in clothes, so hopefully the bikini pics won't be TOO bad.

UPDATE (2/22) - back from vacation and in desperate need to fall back into healthy eating habits!

*Weight Watchers Amaretto Cheesecake Yogurt - 1 point!
*Broccoli (not the first time I've tried it, but now I like it!)

My Goals:
*Exercise 4-5 times a week
*Make healthier food choices!

I'm an extremely picky eater and have only recently started exploring new foods, such as yogurt (weird, I know!) which I actually enjoyed! I'm going to attempt to try a new food each week and will post here.


My Program:
*Cardio (at least 25 minutes) 4-5 times a week
*Strength training with personal trainer 2 times a week
*Yoga/Pilates 2 times a week
*Maintaining a healthy 1200-1500 calorie diet stocked with fruits and veggies



Personal Information:
I'm originally from Bethesda, MD, and am working in DC. I spent 5 years in Boston as a Northeastern University undergrad, which was AMAZING! But free rent and warmer weather brought me back down south.
