My Goals:
I want to lose 50 lbs so I can have a great recovery from the surgery that I need .
I want to be in the best physical condition that I can be in.
I want to be mentally and emotionally prepared for what I need to do.
My Program:
I am following a basically 'raw' diet with about 20 % cooked foods.Sometimes I have a piece of bread or a bowl of soup.I am vegan and it has lowered my cholesterol amazingly.
Personal Information:
I live in Canada .I love working with glass but lately have not been well enough to do much.
