I have achieved my weight loss goal, and now I need to maintain it! That means I need to continue to track my meals and be conscious of what I eat. Also, after working at it for a year and a half, I'm just starting to feel strong and fairly fit. I still have a lot of work to do in that area, but am so excited to see how far I can go.

Thank you! Yeah, I wondered if maybe I need to eat more, but I *have* been eating more! So I don't know if that's it... I think I'm also struggling with the seasonal change. My eating changes with the seasons but it's not settling into spring yet, so some days I want Winter Food and some days I want Summer Food. hahaha!
