I have achieved my weight loss goal, and now I need to maintain it! That means I need to continue to track my meals and be conscious of what I eat. Also, after working at it for a year and a half, I'm just starting to feel strong and fairly fit. I still have a lot of work to do in that area, but am so excited to see how far I can go.

2011 -Track food every day. -Cardio 4-5 days a week. -Strength training 2-3 days a week. -Continuously increase the intensity and duration of my workouts. -New, lower calorie limits.
