Hi There! Maybe this is interesting to some, maybe not. I am using it as a motivational tool. If I share with the 11,000+ of you my goals, and my progress, maybe I won't slack off or make excuses, and maybe there will be support out there for the bad days and days I can lend someone a helping hand.

I am the mother of 4 boys and while many would think that would keep me active enough. I guess not. I have several bad eating habits, and really have not done any exercie in 2 ...
