Hi - just checking in. Hope you're doing well. I bought a stationery recumbent bike. I hope it motivates me more to have choices in exercise. The treadmill is a bit hard on my feet - wondering if I should sell it. The elliptical is awesome, but doing it for 40 minutes is sometimes daunting to think about so I'm hoping 30 on the elliptical, 30 on the bike, and maybe 10 on the treadmill will be a plan for success. Love you - let me know how you're doing.

Hi Sharba - Its a new week. I've been struggling a bit - with food choices and then that 'all or nothing' thinking makes me throw out the exercise along with it. Its a new week and I'm planning for success. Love you~

Hi Sharba! How is it going? Back at Christmas you were doing well. Hope you're keeping it up. My Dr. who time is still working, but some nights I am just too tired. When I walk the plant at work I get my steps in. All I have to do now is get my eating under control. Grrrr.
