I am working on creating a new healthy lifestyle that I can live with. In doing so, I am expecting to lose at least 30 pounds. 30 Pounds is my first goal. I will re-evaluate when I hit that. The main thing for me is to stay focused and use the support I am given. I plan on making only the changes I can live with otherwise, I believe I am setting myself up to fail. My Program:
I am eating a mainly whole foods diet with no or few processed foods. Portion control is a main focus for me as my portions were way out there. I am not going out to eat as a solution to eating....Fast food is out!
I am taking the time to cook healthy meals and am shopping for healthy easy to prepare snacks. I will be exercising three times a week to start. I will be using the tools and support here to help me. I am going to be on here as much as I need to stay focused.
