When searching for an easy way to track nutrition & food choices on the net, i came across SparkPeople link through LiVESTRONG.COM. I tried lots of sites, purchased lots of plans & cookbooks on diet & nutrition over the years. Just want to be healthier, feel better, & if I lose any weight along the way, that is just a BIG bonus. I now have hope. :)

I'm originally an Ohio girl who has lived in the South, on an island in the Caribbean, and in Chicagoland. My family is spread across the USA and I really miss them a lot. :)

Love to read, love kids and their antics, love beauty in nature and in pictures, love my family and love a good joke. Easy-peasy.

Hi Shar! Thanks for your message on my page and the friend add. I'm trying to get my head back in the game after spending July not really trying at all. Oddly enough, that didn't work. I've learned that the baby steps are the best way for me otherwise it's too overwhelming. I've just got to commit myself everyday to working the program and letting it help me. emoticon

Hey there....thanks for visiting my spark page.....
Hubby is away till tomorrow and he hasn't cut back his work days as yet...thats still to come....
not a lot will change when he is home....I wiill still be doing ewhat i do and it is only one day a week.....He will be catching up on rest for the first span in time as he has been working 7 days a week for the last 18 month....he works monday to friday....writes his sermon on a saturday....preaches it on a sunday and goes back to work on Monday...fairly full on....

The baby pic is my grandson....he is in aussie and I am off there for a week ibeg August to see him....
