2015 SMART Healthy Goals

- To relieve stress: Paint 1 painting each month (minimum)

- To relieve stress: Read 1 book per month (minimum)

Lose 50 lbs in 2015 (200 to 150)
-go to the gym 3 times per week (minimum)

- eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies per day (minimum)

-drink 100 oz of water per day (minimum)

-hike 5 miles per month (minimum)

-cook at home 5 days per week (minimum)

I am currently tracking what I eat and will track my activity once I am able to get back to physical fitness.

I am from Pennsylvania, but currently live in Baltimore, MD. I have been married for almost 12 years.

Looking forward to "talking" with you and Shirley for this Challenge! It will be great to "meet" two new people with so much to offer! My DD1 went to school at UMBC so I am a little familiar with Baltimore!
