I use a body/mind/spirit approach to weight loss and find that it works best for me. The hardest part, like it is for everyone else, is staying focused and interested on the constant vigilance that seems to be necessary to not backslide. That's my biggest challenge.

just wanted to stop by and say hi! It has been awhile. You sent me the copy of your book and I have read it through many times. I am glad I was able to comment on it and help you achieve the recognition you deserve! Right now I am not working so I have more time to devote to Sparking. No paycheck stinks but more sparking is so good for the soul!
