October has finally arrived! A new month for new and exciting adventures, experiences, and opportunities. The seasons are changing. Look at ways you can stay active and motivate you though it's getting colder out. Even post motivational sayings and pictures around the house if that helps. People tend to be less active during the colder months, I certainly am one of them. One of my goals for this year is to find things to keep me active and motivated, not to lose that Spark but to keep that Spark glowing strong! Together we can do this!
