my tiny waist before kids...I want it back!
8 months pp with my second child
my belly overhang from my cesareans(6 months pp...I am 10 months pp now, but my belly hasn't change)
I am 23, happily married to my high school sweetheart of 7 years, and have 2 amazing children. Connor was born 9.24.06, he is the most amazing child and my hero. He passed away when he was 19 months old and he showed me so much love and taught me so many things in those 19 amazing months. Liam was born 4.10.09 and amazes me every day! He is such a great and happy little man!
April 1 : 125 lbs...get a new hair cut
May 15 : 120 lbs...buy my first little black dress
July 9 : 115 lbs...rock a new monokini on my 24th birthday :)
I know they are random dates, but I know it takes longer to lose the last few pounds, so I want to give myself plenty of time :)
I want to love my body! I had 2 babies/2 cesareans in 2.5 years...I want to get back to my pre first baby weight, 110-115! I have 20-25 pounds to go...let's see! I want this belly overhang gone (I am only 23!), and this loose skin tighter! Oh, and I want to lose it all by July, that gives me less than 5 months.
I an trying to do my weight training everyday, and cardio 5x a week for at least 30 minutes. I would like to burn about 200 or more calories a day.
I grew up on Cape Cod, but live in NH now. I am married to a wonderful man I have been with for almost 7 years, and have had 2 children with. Connor was born with a very rare medical condition (only the 34th person in the world to be diagnosed with it), and he is my miracle. He inspired me to be a better person (and I am going to nursing school now to work at Children's Hospital Boston!). Liam he my second baby, and he is also amazing...what can I say? I make great kids :)

thanks for stopping by my page! cardio -- can you rent or borrow from the library any workout DVD's? I sometimes do those to change things up a bit. Also get outside & walk/jog/run -- the fresh air is great. Try a circuit routine - jumping jacks, squats, mountain climbers, running in place, etc. That is a great way to keep your heart rate up too!

Ya I am sad. :-\ I love it. I would have just let him remain exclusive it was not for being 3%...I wanted him to gain weight I dont like him being so small. Anywho it does make me sad because it will be over soon. Seems like he could care less anymore he does it to quench his thirst thats all lol. I was hoping to go for a little longer. Seems like he has his own plans though. I know where you are coming from though!! I was not able to BF my DS1 (so i pumped for 6 mos getting barley anything) and said this time I would do it for AT LEAST 6 mos. I am so haoppy to have experienced it PERIOD let alone a year!! Just saddens me that he no longer needs me that way and rather have food. Im sorry lol Im not trying to complain!! I just dont know how to feel about it. Thank you so very much for writing me!...The plus side? is I seem to be one of those breastfeeding moms who can not lose much to any weight while feeding...so maybe I will soon? ;)

Yes that is what I wanted to know. THANKS! Though to be honest I was hoping to hear barely like mine...:-\ (not meaning that in a bad way for you). Yes I am still nursing. He was exclusive til 6 months. I then started feeding him solids. He was in 3% til he turned 9 mos...then he reached 10%..now who knows probably (hopefully) more. I was still feeding ihm on a schedule til about 10 mos when I finally let him decide. SO now he feeds 4 times a day (waking, before nap,mid afternoon, and before bed) and feeds off both sides for 5 mins. So 10 mins total IF I am lucky sometimes he does less. :( Makes me really sad. Eh. He gets solids when we do. He will be 1 the 26th of this month. Sigh.

Hi there! Thank you for the comment :) It's been about 20 weeks since I begin this lifestyle change and I have lost 35 lbs. It requires dedication and consistency. You don't always have to be perfect but you always have to aim to eat well and exercise. I started off doing mostly cardio which gave me a good boost. Over the last month, the losses have stopped as my body has adjusted, so I think it's very important to change up your routine to continue to challenge your body. As for food, I tried a lot of new recipes to keep things interesting. I still want to enjoy what I am eating :) Stay positive, keep moving forward, and know that as long as you are consistent, you will see change in the right direction. Best of luck!!!
