I remember reading about the thyroid in your blog. I'm so glad that they found it and you are able to take the medicine needed to help. Have you noticed a difference yet, or is it still too early?
Yes, I'm a Beachbody Coach, have been for a year now. I started to get the discount for the programs and the Shakeology. I live on the shakes and save money by being a coach. I had all these grand plans last year to get the workouts in and have this fantastic business. Well that didn't happen because what I realized is that I have to do all this for me first. So here I am 2015 working on ME. I have to find the balance this year and I want all the workout t-shirts I get for finishing the programs. I think the best part is that I did not start this all as a "new year" resolution, I started my goals in Nov and I will get these done!
I've been talked into doing the Broad Street run so I'm trying to drop at least 30 to 40lbs by May. I know if I work hard I can do this!

Hey there....I'm doing great. Started the year strong and still pushing. Finding more "up" moments than "down" ones so that is wonderful too. I haven't been able to admit that I've got this down yet, so I will continue to keep pushing at my goals. Maybe by spring time when I have more consistency at the workouts and weight losses I will be able to give myself more credit. LOL

How are you? How are the kids and the family? Are you guys making through this cold?
