Keep on keepin' on.....

I've been a big girl most of my adult life. I do not know (or remember) what it is like to be fit & trim.
The years of carrying so much weight for so long are finally taking their toll. At my age, weight & genetic disposition...eating healthy & exercising need to become A WAY OF LIFE. There's a lot of life left & I want to live it healthy & fully.

I'm seriously sick of this nonesense. I've been up & down so many times, I'm like a dang teeter-totter! Seems like, just when I get it right, something goes down & I lose it. And, in the meantime, I ain't gettin' any younger.
Eventually I'd like to REACH my goal weight; but as long as I'm eating healthy & getting my fitness in, I can't get hung up by the number on the scale.
Now it's just a matter of actually doing what I need to! ;p

My Program:
I'm fond of Beachbody workouts, LesMills COMBAT, ZUMBA & walking.

Personal Information:
I'm a 47 year-old 'Meemaw' trying to keep up with life & all that it entails. I live in beautiful Northern Utah with my Husbee & work at a nutraceutical and probiotic manufacturer as an A/P clerk. (But my grandkids think I'm a SUPERHERO!)

Other Information:

Reading, coloring, & various crafts that I never finish and watching TV with my Honey (I do this one...maybe to excess!).

I'm sorry to hear your mother passed away.

I was struggling, but this week is going well. I am recording everything I eat and being active daily. I decided to exercise on the days I don't have work. When I work a 10 hour shift I don't have any energy to sprare. I did go up from 239 to 245 since I started back but I'm hoping to have a loss on Tuesday when I weigh in.

I haven't been on for awhile and you look like a different person! I am trying to get some motivation since I continue to gain weight. I work 10 hour shifts which rotates days/nights so my eating has no pattern and I can't seem to find time to exercise!
