I'm sorry to hear your mother passed away.
I was struggling, but this week is going well. I am recording everything I eat and being active daily. I decided to exercise on the days I don't have work. When I work a 10 hour shift I don't have any energy to sprare. I did go up from 239 to 245 since I started back but I'm hoping to have a loss on Tuesday when I weigh in.
