At this point in time I'm close to the highest weight I've ever been. I was 186 before Sparkpeople. I'm currently 150. My lowest weight has been 115 when I was a teenager and my healthiest maintainable weight has been 125-130. Sparkpeople's goal weight is to be at 117 pounds which was determined by sparkpages to be a healthy weight for my height. I'd be happy with just maintaining 125-130 again.
I was at about 135 in November 2007 when I got married and the weight just crept on up. Nobody told me the "freshmen 15" is a legit thing! What about the freshman 60?
At my highest weight I dreaded the camera, dreaded facing peers and hated looking in the mirror. I could barely fit into my fat jeans! I need help and motivation! At my lowest weight I was a size 3-7, then I balooned up to a size 16. I am now a size 5 and want to be a size 3.

ughh tell me about it! i wish i had the money for a gym membership at some place that had a pool and classes! that would be amazing!!! zumba and swimming everyday? can't think of a better way to get in shape! lol

i saw ur comment on the long island group that you go to the planet fitness in Centereach... so do I! lol thats so funny! I love that gym... i wish less ppl did, drives me crazy when u go there and have to wait for a machine! ughh lol Hope ur having a Fantastic February! emoticon
