My Goals:
My hope is to weigh 125lbs by Christmas, be health, and feel younger with more energy for all the grandbabies!

My Program:
I am going to the workout spa 3 days a week, and spending 2 hours working out. I am watching what I eat and drinking atleast 8 glasses of water a day.

Personal Information:
My name is Kris, I am in NC, and love it here. All three of my children have served in the military, both son's in Iraq. My husband and I are somewhat retired, due to injuries received in the line of duty. I am now his caregiver. We are very blessed and highly favored!

Other Information:
I love spending time with all 8 of our grandchildren (10 months to 12 years). I love gardening, our gym, traveling to see relatives. And computer researching national news events. I enjoy spending time with my daughter, doing girl things, she is my right arm!

Thanks for the add, and reading the entry. With God all things are possible! I also know He'll never expect more of me than I am capable of; I have to acknowledge when He is showing me the signs that it is time for something different.
