For Real This Time!

Hi! I've been talking about losing a few pounds for, well years now. I've been stuck at 160 for way too long, no matter what I do, so I figured it was time to re-evaluate things. Even though I eat relatively healthfully, I love food and it's easy to loose track, especially with portion control. But, I also love to work out, so that's a bonus. Sooo yeah, that's why I'm here... another step had to be taken.

My Goals:
Lose 25 lbs.

Make better eating choices.

Workout at least 4-5 x week.

Feel comfortable in clothes and in my own skin.

My Program:
Well, I'm basically trying to cut way down on processed foods, and increase my fresh fruit and veggie intake, and not eat as much meat. Green smoothies are a delicious God-send, and I try to make myself one a day. As far as fitness goes, I do a spin class twice a week, and Bikram's hot yoga three times a week, consecutive days (this is my first week). I need to add in some strength and more cardio, but I think this is a good start.

Personal Information:
I live in Asheville, the most wonderful city in the US.
