My Goals:

My Program:
4/7/14- I walk for half an hour 2 times a week. My goal is to ride the stationary bike 3 times a week at the Anytime Fitness gym.

Personal Information:
I reside in Baraboo Wisconsin. It is a nice little town of about 10,000. I am married to Rick who is 16 years my senior. We have a six year old daughter Shay. We also have a small puppy named Hailey. I enjoy spending time with my mom who exercises with me.

Other Information:
Eating better and exercise helped me. I finally woke up and am doing great! I gained 150 lbs in about 3 years after the birth of my daughter. It wasn't from the pregnancy but from the depression afterwards. It took me 5 years to get out of that funk.

I'm sure you'll slim down to a body you deserve! :)
From my xperience (on the vegan road since 2 years) it only gets better- and healthier and slimmer! and with minimal effort, you just focus on kindness; to the planet, animals and most of all to yourself, and the magic transforms you before you have a chance to look back and say "hy, look how far I've gotten!" :)

Thank you for adding me as a friend. I have done likewise. Shannen you can lose that 150 lbs. Just don't find it again! LOL
I started my journey at 325 lbs. Today I am 165.4. I seem to fluctuate within a 5 lb window. My biggest help has been living with my sister and b-i-l. Thoms1 has been my diet and exercise buddy since day one. We give each other courage to carry on. Take baby steps! I love to eat so I have to have foods that fill me up! We made small changes in our eating habits that have paid off for both of us. You can do this. Kicking that sugar habit is a real Biotch! If you need any help please spark mail me.
