On my way to a better ME... :)
My name is Shanna. I have been married for 8 years..and during those years, I have gotten WAY too comfortable if you know what I mean...LOL I woke up one day and said "enough is enough." I wanted to start feeling better about myself. I wanted to feel good again. It wasn't until I started losing weight that I realized how bad I had actually been feeling. I am smiling more...laughing more...but I know that it is going to be an ongoing "lifestyle" change, which is what lead to me here and now ...
