This was when I was single. 18 months into a wonderful relationship, I (and my bf) have put on some relationship weight. We're getting healthy and exercising together. My new added incentive: we've picked out an engagement ring and though I don't know when exactly, I know I'll be trying on wedding dresses this summer and I want it to be a good experience...not crying because I hate how I look in everything. New goal: learn how to be healthy and lose weight in a relationship!

04/12: We're engaged! Commence wedding/dress shopping weight loss...

My Goals:
-Healthy BMI

-reach a weight at which I can be comfortable in my body and confident!

-eat a balanced, healthy diet

-increase my strength and endurance

My Program:
-My daily goal is to stay in the ranges Spark gave me for calories (1340-1690), carbs, fat, and protein.
-4 cardio workouts a week for a minimum of 30 min each
-3 strength workouts a week

Personal Information:
-I am 27 years old. I am a speech-langage pathologist in an elementary school
-I know I always wonder how tall people are when I look at SparkPages, so here it is: 5'7"
