    I think it's wonderful that you'll have a chance to do the dunk tank. Having my BF measured professionally answered a lot of questions for me - we are all made so differently...and some moreso than others! emoticon

    As I posted on the challenge team, I have always run lean and generally don't need to work as hard as other people to see results. Luck of the genetic draw, plain and simple. Now if only I could bottle that and send it to my SP friends I wouldn't feel so guilty about it! emoticon

    You're right...dating again is scary. Ok...so it's downright terrifying. The guy I'm going out with on Saturday is supposed to call me around 7:30pm...and my stomach is so jumpy I'm having a hard time eating dinner. *lol* I think this is why it has taken me so long to get back into it...I hate the whole getting to know someone. It would be so much easier if I just knew them already. *lol*

    Hey Shani! So glad to see you back a bit more often :-) Read your post about May blogs, and boy can I relate! Anytime I try to change things, I seem to go through this weird period of total 'stasis'....change immobilizes me!

    I did something that helped - maybe it'll work for you. I got out my trusty old pen and paper journal and wrote down what I wanted to achieve, what I needed to do to achieve it.....then all of the 'excuses' that came up as to why I couldn't do the actions required (cuz they were new actions, right?) Then I refuted each excuses and gave myself reasons why I COULD do these things....and it is helping to shift my mindset.
