One Mans Journey

Hello,

I am a 29 year old man who has battled injuries and weight for the last decade. I have joined a program called Body For Life where it helps balance out meals and workout routines.

Its a program that works where I have lost 55 lbs from September 1st to Nov 30th of 2010.

I am looking to continue that work out and get to 200 - 210 and keep a healthy lifestyle going.

What makes it more difficult for me is my job is in an office :P

Run Historic Half 5k Feb 20th. Under 40 minutes. - Reached 36.12 min

Run CIBC run for the cure Oct 2, 2011 - under 30 minutes

Next year 2012 I would like to move from 5k to 10 k

My Program:
My program is called BodyForLife.

its 6 days a week workout and meal plan. I have already completed one 12 week cycle but will be going through a 24 week period.
