Back again...

I'm back again after a long hiatus. Not really. Just lost of thinking about it and trying to get psyched up.

I finally figured out that my eating habits are pretty good. I just need to, as I say, "Move my @ss." I have cheap access to a gym here at work. I just need to find a workout buddy and GO!

I'm drinking more water, parking strategically, eating better and trying to walk 30-45 mins. 3-7 days a week.

I am almost 100 lbs. heavier now, than what I weighed when I got married 11 years ago!
