I have been losing weight for a while now. I was 265 lbs back in 2004, down to 210 in 2009, then back to 265 2012 :-( It has been a bit of a roller coaster, but I am determined to stay more healthy! When I'm losing I am tracking food and exercising. Signing up for races seems to be the best motivation for me to stay on track. I am interested in being fit and maintaining a healthy weight. Races motivate me. That's why I race. It's certainly not to win :D I commit to training for a race more than to an exercise program.. Triathlon Training. Tracking all food with calorie tracker (except when I'm on vacation). This helps me a lot.

I love camping with my family and friends, hiking, boating/wakeboarding/fishing, skiing, snowshoeing, biking (road and mountain), running, swimming.
