I do this over and over again... I come on here, update my page and post a blog for a few days, then I get down and run away from it.

I dont want to do that anymore. I always say this but I think I am finally ready to get this weightloss thing going. I'm hoping to lose between 60 and 90 lbs and see where I feel the best in between.

My goal in losing weight is to be healthy. To be able to go shopping and buy clothes that I think I look cute in, not other lying to me saying I do.

My Program:
Eating breakfast every day, taking at least one long walk with my dog. Cutting my soda intake and getting in at least 6 cups of water a day. *shooting for more*

Hi Shandellynn, great you popped in to introduce yourself, lovely to see you on board.

I noticed your comments on your walking, may I suggest you still use your pedometer, but increase your walking steps goal to 10,000 extra to give you a higher goal, which will still inspire you to go for a walk. The whole team uses every step during the day no matter how it is achieved, walking is walking!

Look forward to seeing you becoming one of our higher steppers.
