As long as you have a rest day where you don't do it at least once per week you're fine. Generally, your body will tell you if you are doing too much. If you get really cranky at the kids for no reason, for instance, that might be a sign of doing too much. You'll know.
Welcome to the 300+team. 300 is such a BIG number but if we persevere, focus and motivate one another we can reach our goals! We have so much of life ahead of us and it is so much better to work on ourselves and reach for our goals. We can do it-- we are worth the effort!
