My Goals:
I would like to lose 8-10 lbs, and tone up, increasing my muscle:fat ratio.

I'm almost back to pre-pregancy weight having lost about 20 lbs.

My Program:
I walk to the gym on average of 3 times a week in the morning for half hours workout before my family wakes up.

I like a variety of activities like taking my daughter out for walks often, playing volleyball once a week.

I try to eat a variety of foods in small portions. With one or 2 vegetarian days a week. I have treats almost everyday, some are light, some are not, but I try to eat good quality nutritous foods even when i'm treating myself.

Other Information:
Reading the Bible keeps my life in perspective. It reminds me what i'm here for and what life's all about. It helps me refocus my energy on the things that really matter.
