I need to lose weight. I want to be healthier and live a long life. I want to tone my body. On the high end, I would like to lose about 10 pounds a month. I think 2 pounds a week would be more realistic.
REstarting again JAN 2015. Need to focus this time!!!!
I am doing some bike riding 3-5X/week. I use the resistance band twice a week for toning.
For 2015: I would like to start yoga.
Me? I am a 48 year old RN who would like to be famous someday for writing books. I like to draw, read and write stories, make jewellery and scrapbooks, watch CSI and sit at the beach and watch the water. I am organized and neat. And don't like talking about myself.
