My biggest goal is to stick with the program! However, I would also be excited to drop a pants size by June.

So far I have been tracking my food, and making small weekly exercise challenges.

Other Information:
I love to read mystery books, and watch love story movies. I used to hate video games, but now I love the Wii, particularly the Wii Fit board.

Hi Shana,
It's been awhile since I have been online for more than a minute. Yeah I did Race for the Cure but I online did the one mile. My back was still having spasms like crazy. It is better now, I can go about 15 minutes on the elliptical without any problems. I hope to bump that up to 20 minutes this week. I push myself to go faster for about 20 seconds out of every minute and then back off and then push again. Last night I even managed a full minute and a half at going faster. Of course, most people could walk faster than I can run but I am working on changing that ;-) Keep up the good work. You are now my inspiration with your posts! Love ya, Bobbie

I am so proud of you! Keep up the good work. You have been a great inspiration to me because I know that you have been good to yourself through sparkpeople!
