Hey nice job on 10lbs! It sure does feel good to be shrinking no matter what point you're at in this journey. My favorite "go to" meals are toast and over-easy eggs with tomato slices for breakfast. My favorite dinners are Chinese Chicken and Taco Salad (See the recipe thread on SlimGenics group page). Also, I really love the pancake mix thermosnack. I thaw some frozen berries and mix them in the batter. Quite delicious! 2393 days ago
Yay for 10 lbs!!!!!! As for my weekend, staying on plan wasn't possible. We were at a sporting event all weekend - 10 hours Sat. & 9 hours Sun. When I weighed this morning I was up 1 pound from my low.....hope that's all the damage I did, but I'm thinking more may show up later!
Hey Shanae :-) I started the end of January. I have lost about 40lbs so far. I really do love this program. It can be challenging in social situations, but overall I think it's fairly easy to stick to. I just feel good on this program. Everytime I have taken a vacation and planned to cheat while I was gone, of course I enjoy the splurge, but I honestly can't wait to get back on the program when I get home. It just feels healthy.
