I am on a new journey. not sure where it will take me. Baby steps. I have a newborn, so I am slowly adjusting back to exercise after having him 8 months ago. Maybe I took too much time off, but I am ready to get back into the swing of things. Pregnancy was great. I was in the best shape ever and looked the best! Once I had him, it all melted away, now I just have to work on my endurance as well as toning my muscles and extra. I want to exercise 5 days a week and pay attention to my diet. I know ...

Take it slow and give myself grace when I can't do it.

get plenty of sleep even if baby wakes me up often.
