Everything is easier with a positive outlook!

I have been here for 9 years now and am sooo slow at losing. I was probably on my own back burner.. BUT I never turned the heat off. My habits are somewhat ingrained and I am a definite creature of habit even in this time of grief over my husband.

It wasn't an injury. I was in residential care for depression for two weeks, and apparently came down with some kind of bug (one of my "neighbors" was very sick, so I might have gotten it from her). It made my legs VERY weak. I'm almost back to (semi) normal.

My water fitness certification is through AEA, the Aquatic Exercise Association. You can get more info at AEAwave.com This was one of their instructor trainings. It was taught by my favorite AEA instructor, Mark Grevelding. Besides teaching through AEA, he also has his own business. He has recently begun offering youtube video subscriptions instead of the DVDs he used to produce. His web site is Fit Motivation, and he is also on facebook. I cannot recommend him more highly, although all of the AEA instructors are fabulous.
