Slow and Steady wins!

I want to lose weight/ get a healthier lifestyle.
I love the positive support I have received here through the years and cannot imagine what shape I would be in without it. Giving support makes me feel as though I am repaying it somewhat.

I have a GOAL.. I want to get to the healthy range so 136 by March 3rd (my birthday). I had said Groundhog day 2015 but the extra month makes it more attainable.

Thanks for stopping by my page. I think winter is the worst time to get thru. It actually nice to hear that someone else feels stressed by the weather. Some days I feel trapped and then one nicer days I have to remember to get things together so that next time it gets ugly I'm ready. Too much planning.
