Tracking my steps. Yoga now. 8 glasses of water since it's better than any medicine. Water aerobics is surprisingly easy AND good for everything.

I volunteer everywhere. Water aerobics coordinator, the radio station, the barbeque festival and so much more. I love a good book. Now that winter is upon us (OH NO) I will enjoy reading more.
I hate to cook, but as time goes on, it is all coming back to me- I used to do all kinds of cooking before I got fat. I can be creative..that is the fun part of it in my opinion. Thanks for the encouragement...will keep you posted. I must be doing something right, I lost 2 pounds this week!! Have a good weekend!
