My Program:
I have discovered that after years of staying away from exercise, I am now addicted to the gym. I ususally do 1 hr of cardio and 100 crunches a day. I do strength training 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes. Stretching is critical before and after exercise.

Other Information:
When you choose yourself, you can do anything!
