My Goals:
I want to lose 20 more pounds by January 19th.

My long term goal is to get down to 125.
(92 pounds left to go!!)

Also to wake up and work out 6 days a week for at least 30 minutes each time.

My Program:
Get up in the morning without hitting the snooze and get my workout out of the way in the am! Whatever it may be.

Another thing I want to do is get into hiking. I used to go on massive camping trips and I want to do that with my son. Show him how to really camp (without the car).

Congratulations on the new job. With those extra calories you'll be burning, make sure you eat enough calories! If not, there's a possibility your body would go in starvation mode!

Well they don't know yet. It's the 3rd time I've fainted and actually lost consciousness (all 3 times have been in the hospital lab), the 4th time was explained in one of my recent blogs (I didn't actually faint, but it was close). Essentially I felt nauseous, but it was different than the other times, and by the time I said something, it was too late and I was on the floor unconscious. A code was called (again) and I was rushed down the ED. Apparently yesterday's episode was the scariest since my lips turned blue due to the lack of oxygen and I was so out of it. I got fluids and an EKG (again) and everything was normal (again), so I'm off to see a neurologist since my heart is fine. I'm still exhausted right now, but I'm doing better. I should go to bed, but instead I'm enjoy my 2nd glass of hot chocolate and watching Pretty Little Liars. I should go to bed AND stop having chocolate as tomorrow is weigh in, but oh well. I supposedly need the extra calories (according to the people I work with in the lab) since I don't need to lose anymore weight (according to them). But oh well. I want chocolate and I want to watch PLL!

Just go easy on yourself. Remember that the weight loss is always a journey and some days will be better than others.
Taking it each meal/snack one at a time is all we can do most days. Keep smiling and tell yourself that you can/will get through losing the pounds. emoticon
