After February's challenge, I'm going to see where I'm at in my progress. I want to start the C25K program in March in order to do the 5K Mud Run in Detroit in June! My desire is to lose some more weight with the intention of relieving the weight from my knees! I hope my knees hold out so I can start 5K training.
