In search of energy and stamina.

I've been off and on with my weight loss commitments. Allowing my life to rule me, rather than ruling my life. I have a huge opportunity to get healthy again (taking time off from work and moving to HI) and I feel if I don't take it, I'll be lost forever.

Current Status:
SHAMAN29 is feeling pretty sassy. Sticking to my commitment of getting up and moving every day has paid off with a four pound weight loss.

My Goals:
I want to get healthy and fit through exercise and better food choices. I want to enjoy our new life in Hawaii.

My Program:
I have been reading several books on improving my health from the inside out. I've been treating my thyroid disease with a vitamin/mineral regiment.

I'm also reading about adrenal fatigue and how to counter-act that naturally.

My husband and I currently eat a whole foods diet and have nearly eliminated all refined foods from our diet.


Personal Information:
Will soon be moving to Hawaii where I can pursue my dreams of writing and living where it's warm all year round.

Other Information:
Be like a duck. Calm on the surface, but always paddling like the dickens underneath.
