My Goals:
Increase my mileage and see if I can work up to running a half marathon.

Tone up my whole body and get stronger.

My Program:
I eat grain free/paleo with lots of veggies and a moderate amount of carbs.

I eat mainly whole foods & cut out processed foods.

My workouts....
- Running 3x/week for 30-40 min
- 30-45 min cross training workouts 4x/week

I am going to order the plan today , and will put the gym on "hold" for the rest of the year . I plan to keep doing cross fit at work . I am excited yay!
