My Goals:
-To get off my butt and exercise!

My Program:
At least 5 days a week:
30 minutes of cardio
50 abs
20 lower abs
as many pushups as I can


also, stretch 10 minutes a day so that I can finally touch my toes!

Personal Information:
I need to always keep positive and remind myself that I can do it. One bad day shouldn't ruin the week. I also need to stop telling myself that I'm large - because I'm not... I could just stand lose a few lbs and drink vino a little less.

I miss you too. The running is hard but I am getting better. It looks like you are doing great too. how is SF. Bet the weather is nicer their than here. I try to eat mostly organic but it is hard because I don't do my own cooking and shopping anymore, but if nothing else I try to eat healthy except for the burgers every once in a while. emoticon

Hey you, snuck a peak at your food log today to see how you're doing. You are going awfully low on calories, woman! Make sure you're getting around 1300-1400 at least. I hope you are settling into the new job well and feeling happy about life in general. That's always #1.
